We’re now looking for an experienced MET Technician to join our Southampton workshop team, working on our own fleet accident repairs to the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Strip and refit vehicle components (interior, exterior, trim)
  • Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical/electrical repairs
  • Identify and report additional damage during repair process
  • Perform 4-wheel alignment and ensure correct vehicle geometry
  • Follow manufacturer repair methods and BSI 10125 / ESCRIBE standards
  • Ensure all work meets strict safety and quality requirements

                              

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

 

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair / ATA / IMI (or equivalent)
  • Experience in an accident repair centre or high-volume bodyshop
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, EV/hybrid systems, trim
  • Own comprehensive tool kit
  • Strong health & safety awareness
  • A Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence
  • Detail-oriented approach and strong technical capability
