We are excited to announce the opportunity for an Airport and Train Stations Business Support Intern to join our Global Airports Team at Enterprise Mobility' European Head Office in Egham, Surrey.

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team supporting on a variety of areas such as tenders, contracts, facilities and operations. To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organised and able to manage a varied workload. You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail and communication skills, and not afraid to learn something new or be pushed out of your comfort zone. This is a fantastic role for a high calibre candidate looking to join a high performance team.

 

Given the European remit of this role it would be desirable for you to possess French, Spanish or German language skills but it is not essential. 

  

This opportunity is based at Enterprise Mobility European Head Office in Egham, Surrey. 

Responsibilities

  • Research, analyse and compile reports and data.
  • Reviewing and editing various agreements, such as NDAs leases and concession agreements.
  • Maintaining accurate, complete and up to date files.
  • Maintain and update various reports and trackers such as contract database, tender tracker, and passenger data.
  • Assist with event and meeting planning.
  • Assist Team with Power Point presentations and spreadsheet updates.
  • Produce standard weekly and monthly reports.
  • Develop strong working knowledge of internal systems.
  • Liaise with other internal departments to develop supporting materials

Qualifications

  • Must be a current university student looking to undertake a placement year (any discipline)
  • A fast learner with a ‘can do’ attitude

  • Analytical with a high attention to detail and level of accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in written work
  • Excellent team player who can work well within a team as well as on own initiative
  • Proactive with the ability to multitask

  • Strong relationship building qualities and innovative mindset
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

 

 Additional Information

  • Hours: 40 per week
  • Salary: £20,800 per annum
  • Duration: The internship will run from Summer 2026 for 12 months
  • Location: Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB (Plenty of free on site parking and approx. 10 minutes walk from Egham station)

 

We accept applications for our Placement Programme from undergraduate university students that are due to take undertake a placement year starting Summer 2026, regardless of university attended and subjects being studied.
