We are pleased to announce the opportunity for an HGV Senior Sales Manager to join the HGV Sales Team. 

 

The primary focus of this role is to grow our footprint in this area through high paced activity with a specific focus in our HGV offering. There will also be additional responsibility to drive growth in some existing portfolio account relationships and identify additional Group Enterprise opportunities along the way. This is a truly exciting time to be joining the team when the business has already heavily invested in new vehicle growth for 2025 and our presence has earned us a reputation as a key go to supplier within the market.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

 

The HGV Senior Sales Manager responsibilities will include:

 

  • Responsible for both new business and existing business growth with Large HGV customers across the UK
  • Group engagement on new and existing business strategy and opportunities working with General, Heads of Sales and various other stakeholders
  • Help train and develop existing sales team on HGV industry
  • Develop pipeline of new business target accounts, additionally knowledge and use of Dynamics is essential.
  • Sell across all markets not limited to construction, Dry freight, retail, refrigerated and accessible vehicles
  • Project management for regular and ad hoc sales and sales enablement products and services
  • Managing Pricing strategies and ensuring zero leakage from the plan
  • Facilitating C Level relationships for both new and existing business
  • Manage and reply to HGV tenders, working with the groups and the Sales Communications team to produce high quality content.
  • Help formulate and deliver new and innovative ideas to grow each of our business lines
  • Work closely with the Group Sales Managers to help execute group strategies, goals and expectations
  • Produce accurate forecasting working with Groups to ensure resource allocation.

  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Must be a team player with proven collaboration and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Preferred higher level Microsoft Office Skills and ability to manage tasks through CRM
