    Enterprise Rent-A-Car has a new and exciting opportunity within the Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise Rent a Car for a full time customer service representative/delivery agent. This is an opportunity to work in the newest division of Enterprise Rent-A-Car and will be based between Heathrow Airport and our Park Lane location, but travel across the UK is essential. There maybe occasions for overnight stay during deliveries and working during weekends.


    The position entails working in a fast paced, customer service environment delivering our supercar fleet to customers across the UK.

    Type:  Permanent Contract

    Pay:  9.00/hour

    Average hours worked per week:  50-55 hours/week, overnight travel required



    • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road
    • Deliver vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
    • Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles
    • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance
    • Complete paperwork associated with pick-up and delivery of vehicles
    • Organise travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
    • May be asked to assist customer(s) with directions, car options and basic policy/procedures
    • May be asked to assist customer(s) load and unload luggage, enter and exit vehicle and miscellaneous customer needs
    • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

    • 6 months work experience in customer service preferred
    • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
    • Must be at least 18 years old. If between 18 and 21 years of age must be a full-time student
    • Must be able to lift packages in order to assist customers
    • Ability to lift, carry, push or pull a variety of tools, equipment and materials
    • Must be able to balance, stoop, kneel and crouch for medium duty labour
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions
    • Knowledge of vehicle cleanliness standards and ability to follow the rules of the road
    • Must be authorised to work in the UK without restriction
    • Knowledge and ability to follow rules of the road (driving safely and defensively)
    • Skill in driving in all kinds of weather and on all road conditions
    • Skill for a high degree of attention to detail and thoroughness, preventing injury to others and damage to all vehicles in operation
    • Ability to read and interpret a map and follow verbal instructions
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one-or-two-step instructions
    • Ability to work under time sensitive pressure as well as periods of relative inactivity Ability to make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service, safety and time sensitivity a priority
    • Ability to develop customer rapport
    • Ability to maintain a professional appearance, appropriate communication and listening skills
    • Ability to assist passengers and lift heavy objects when requested
    • Ability to maintain a friendly, courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees in a multi-cultural environment
