    The Vehicle Services department consists of five separate teams. All of these complete a variety of administrative duties working alongside our network of branches, sales teams and vendors to ensure the efficient disposal of the Enterprise fleet.


    The Admin team is responsible for over handling all spare keys and registration documents for the entire fleet at both acquisition and disposal whilst monitoring and completing the re-taxation of the fleet each month and working closely with the DVLA. The Accounts payable division sits within the Admin department and both approves and processes the vendor invoicing as well as the receipting all payments received for vehicle sales.


    The Logistics team arranges all the transportation for defleeted vehicles from the branches to the compounds and buyers. They also provide support to branches by arranging moves between branches and around UK and Ireland. This team monitors and tracks all performance reporting back to the business through comprehensive measurements.


    The Sales Support team works closely with the remarketers, invoicing out all sold vehicles, handling payment queries, processing refunds and general administrative support to the sales teams.


    The Auctions team is responsible for all activities related to vehicles we dispose of through auctions. They work closely with the internal auction remarketing team and external auctions whilst monitoring and reporting on their individual performances.


    Our Out of Hours team works until 11pm during the week and 8 hours across Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. This team has the variety of covering certain duties from each of the departments within Vehicle Services.


    This is an entry level full time position working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.


    • Branch assistance for vehicle enquires such as spare keys, road fund license etc.  
    • Road Fund License management to include all refunds, off road notifications and re-applications as necessary
    • Point of contact for customer queries
    • Ability to build and develop internal and external relationships
    • Use of computer software to manage aspects of inventory
    • Creation and completion of invoicing
    • Monitoring and chasing outstanding payments
    • Reconciliation of banking statements to identify and assign vehicle payments
    • Use of internal programs to record payments



    • Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
    • Ability and desire to work within a strong team orientated business model
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word
    • Ability to communicate effectively with the Remarketing team for the whole of the UK and IE, management, vendors and customers via telephone, internet, email and other mediums
