Enterprise Rent-A-Car is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to fill the role of Customer Service Representative for our Morecambe Branch in Lancashire.
The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of the branch team providing a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face, telephone and external interaction. The Customer Service Representative will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental service back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support to our branches. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Starting Salary: Meets national minimum wage requirements
Hours: 48 hours per week.
Please note this job role will require flexibility to work early and late shifts and some weekend work as required.
