This role offers the chance to be an influential part of a forward thinking and ambitious cross-functional development team delivering web based business solutions utilising Azure Cloud technologies and continuous delivery.
The team has adopted the Agile Scrum development methodology and utilises Microsoft Team Foundation Server, developing predominantly C# .NET solutions along with Entity Framework 6.
You will need to be highly motivated and a proven track record of promoting technical standards such as CI development processes, and work closely with other technical personnel to deliver new solutions on a variety of platforms.
About The Team
The European Application Development Team is part of the European arm of a highly successful US based car rental company and was introduced in 2006 to cater for business applications and reporting requirements specific to the European market. We are moving from being a European team to joining the wider Global IT team. The purpose of this position is specifically to support us with the transition by being part of solution teams. Each solution team is team is made up of Software Engineers, Project Managers, Analyst and other technical personnel.
