    Enterprise Rent-A-Car has an immediate Business Administrative Apprentice opportunity based at our head office in Staines within our Traffic Violations department.

     

    Traffic Violations is a Shared Services division which oversees Citation Management for all mobility solutions under the Enterprise Holdings brand. For the UK, this incudes our Daily Rental, Flex-E Rent & Car Club divisions. For Europe, this includes Ireland, Spain and Germany. We are looking for an individual who exudes confidence, leadership and customer service skills.

     

    This is a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship which could lead to an opportunity to interview for full time roles upon completion.

     

    Annual Wage: £13,000 per annum

    Working Hours: 40hrs, typically 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (1hr lunch), although flexible hours will be discussed

    Apprenticeship Level:  Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

    Apprenticeship duration: 12-18 months

    Location: Staines, Surrey

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Daily interaction with Enterprise global application CMS (Citation Management System)
    • Receiving, Reviewing & Uploading data files
    • Exporting Dynamic Reports from CMS and analyzing by business sector
    • Processing Citations resulting from Retail Rentals
    • Daily & Monthly performance reporting for inclusion in results
    • Ensuring protection & privacy of customer data pertaining to Citations
    • Delivering exceptional service to all customers & Enterprise Teams

    Qualifications

    • Experience using Microsoft Office
    • Ideally GCSEs or equivalent in both Maths and English. However all applicants will be considered
    • Legally authorised to work fulltime in the UK without restriction
