To maintain our uncompromising focus on customer service and to provide additional mobility options, we are looking for team members to join one of the newest divisions of Enterprise: ARMS® Claims Services in Aldershot. ARMS® Claims Services is responsible for a number of key business areas – namely our Credit Hire Claims Team, Damage Recovery Unit and Vehicle Repair Department.
After an initial classroom-based orientation session, you’ll be assigned to one of our claims teams for hands-on claims training. Here you will learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes. That’s because nearly 100% of our full-time employees started on one of Enterprise’s great training programmes, be it in our rental division, finance, claims or Enterprise Business Support. This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and to understand how you play a significant role in seeing it succeed. Our promote-from-within culture ensures that you’ll have a well-rounded training experience and learn skills in customer service, negotiation, debt recovery, administration, management and the basics of litigation.
