The UK & Ireland Traffic Violations business division is seeking qualified candidates for the exciting opportunity of Citations Collections Coordinator based at our Southeast England head office in Staines-upon-Thames.


Traffic Violations is a Business Management sub-division that supports nationwide operations with a direct reporting channel into the Senior Financial Controller for Southeast England.  


We are looking for an individual who has the drive and determination to improve collection results for assigned UK Operating Groups as well as someone who is career driven and wants to work in a fun, friendly and competitive work atmosphere.


The right candidate will have responsibilities that include: 

  • Ensuring payments are received in line with Enterprise Rent-A-Car credit terms
  • Consistent approach to customer contact
  • Leverage synergies with Enterprise Business Solution & Enterprise Rent-A-Car collections teams
  • Equal focus on individual and team monthly targets
  • Collaborate with UK Corporate & Business Management teams to support collection efforts
  • Accounts Receivable cleanup management
  • Prioritise high value debt profiles
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and Enterprise Holding Limited contacts
  • Follow the operational plan for contacting customer by telephone
  • Resolve customer queries and disputes to invoices
  • Transition existing processes to electronic basis
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
  • Reliable and hard working


  • Legally eligible to work full time in the UK without restriction
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and internet 
  • Credit control experience preferred
