Enterprise Rent-A-Car has an immediate Business Administrative Apprentice opportunity based at our head office in Staines.  This is an apprenticeship role where you are actively involved in supporting the daily rental branches with the execution of commercial and specialist vehicles.

 

The daily operations of the department include (but not limited to):

  • Allocating vans timely against booked reservations
  • Identifying & flagging utilization peaks and troughs
  • Fielding calls from the rental teams & in house departments
  • Executing on our VWG, BMW & Mini Fleet Plans

This is a Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship which could lead to an opportunity to interview for full time roles upon completion.

 

Annual Wage: £13,000 per annum

Working Hours: 40hrs, typically 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (1hr lunch), although flexible hours will be discussed

Apprenticeship Level:  Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship duration: 12-18 months

Location: Staines, Surrey

 

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Fielding calls from rental branches
  • Identifying trends
  • Allocating vehicles in a timely manner

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work successfully with branches and other departments to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • An ability to work to deadlines
  • Detail oriented   
  • A desire to learn and develop

Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Ideally GCSEs or equivalent in both Maths and English. However all applicants will be considered
  • Legally authorised to work fulltime in the UK without  restriction
