This position is ideal for a Part Qualified Accountant with accounting experience in practice or industry, who has had experience of leading or managing a team.


The aim of the scheme/ Promotions and Increased responsibilities


The successful candidate will enter the finance programme at an Accounting Supervisor level, managing and developing a team of four to ensure compliance with financial regulations and adding value to our rental branches on a day to day basis.

Responsabilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing and developing a team of accountants within the accounting department
  • Acting as a business partner to our Rental team by finding ways of improving in all areas including fleet and income growth
  • Partnering with admin departments to improve operations, provide useful reporting and analyse trends to change behaviour
  • Supporting a culture of cost control and looking for ways to improve break-even
  • Upholding fiduciary responsibility by providing accurate and timely financial reporting
