We are excited to announce an opening for a Business Rental Sales Executive (BRSE) focusing on the Flex-E-Rent division of our business. The starting date for the role will be January 2018. The role will report directly into the Business Rental Sales Director.  

 

This position is an outside sales position that will prospect and build new account relationships while growing and maintaining the existing account base. This is a critical and important role which relies on maintaining and enhancing revenues while providing a superior level of service.

 

The role is ideally suited to those who would like a direct sales role in the business. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, sales focused and target driven with a proven success both internally and externally for new business sales. 

 

The successful candidate will play a significant role in expanding new Flex-E-Rent business within London and the Southeast, the Business Rental Sales Executive is responsible for all aspects of generating and closing business with a strong focus on generating leads and referrals, setting appointments and closing new business. This role requires a commitment to the Enterprise Holdings mission, culture, ethical responsibilities, and Founding Values.

 

Flex-E-Rent offers vehicles of every size from car derived van to 44 tonne tractor units. We offer tippers, drops sides and grabs. Alongside of this we have specialist divisions operating Temperature Controlled vehicles and an Accessible vehicles. Within the role there is the opportunity to learn about and sell all of our business and product lines.

Responsibilities

In the role the successful candidate will be supported by a team of specialists with expert knowledge. As with all roles in the business this provides a fantastic opportunity to further develop your career and the role provides a great career path for future development.

 

Sales

  • Build and secure new account and existing relationships with key decision makers through employee leads, cold calling and sales presentations to maintain/grow the existing account base and expand our market share and revenue percentages
  • Develop and implement programs within corporate accounts and business travel agencies
  • Work with, train and motivate Daily Rental and all employees to understand and support the Business Rental program
  • Prospect qualify and generate strong leads
  • Update CRM with account details
  • Interpret information in both fact finding and during needs assessment meetings
  • Understand and provide corporate rental solutions to customers who fit within the market and scope
  • Negotiate and involve all necessary parties; i.e. other Groups for a Regional account
  • Determine pricing parameters, strategies and prepare appropriate proposals
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations
  • Work with the BR-Director on large and nation-wide accounts, when appropriate

  • Respond in a timely manner to the needs of the client while maintaining a high standard of quality
  • Strive to continually improve the services and product of the organization; evaluate the organization’s practices to identify ways to operate more effectively and efficiency, and address underlying customer needs
  • Identify and develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers that are built on trust and integrity. Manage difficult or emotional customer situations
  • Determine the most appropriate format and communication vehicle for delivering information to maximize audience understanding of both the message and its intent
  • Take action when needed to meet the expectation of the customer and solicit their feedback to improve service

 

Qualifications

 

    • Must be able to clearly demonstrate significant personal achievement in the area of local referral growth and sales.
    • Must have a full UK manual driving licence and be prepared to travel
    • Must be legally authorised to work full time in the UK without restriction
