Our European IT Department is excited to announce an immediate opportunity for an Installation Engineer to join the team. This role is based at our European Head office based in Egham, Surrey.
As an Engineer 2 you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and reporting the progress of installation initiatives. In this position, you will participate in gathering business requirements and assist in defining implementation project plans. You will serve as the initial point of contact for end users for installation related procedural and technical escalations. You will be responsible for developing collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, internal and external, to implement technology solutions, as well as actively anticipate and solve problems during delivery.
To be successful in this role it imperative that you are self-motivated, proactive, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
