To maintain our uncompromising focus on customer service and to provide additional mobility options, we are looking for team members to join one of the newest divisions of Enterprise: ARMS® Claims Services in Aldershot. ARMS® Claims Services is responsible for a number of key business areas – namely our Credit Hire Claims Team, Damage Recovery Unit and Vehicle Repair Department.


After an initial classroom-based orientation session, you’ll be assigned to one of our support teams for hands-on training. Here you will learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes. That’s because nearly 100% of our full-time employees started on one of Enterprise’s great training programmes, be it in our rental division, finance, claims or Enterprise Business Support.  This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and to understand how you play a significant role in seeing it succeed. Our promote-from-within culture ensures that you’ll have a well-rounded training experience and learn skills in customer service, negotiation, debt recovery, administration, management and the basics of litigation. Along the way, we’ll give you plenty of opportunity to show your skills, and we’ll reward your development with pay increases and opportunities for continued promotions.

The aim of the programme?

 

Our training is designed to give you the knowledge, skills and experience you need to become a Claims Manager in charge of your own team. Our managers are key players in the organisation. They oversee all aspects of a claim, from first notification through to recovery in addition to developing teams of motivated and enthusiastic people like you!

Responsibilities

When you join our Damage Recovery department you will be part of a team responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Dealing with complaints and finding suitable resolutions
  • Negotiating with customers regarding damage claims
  • Demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to getting the job done
  • Ensuring consistency and accuracy in all relevant admin procedures

 

Qualifications

You don’t need loads of industry experience to join us as a Support Assistant. We are looking for people with bags of enthusiasm and the following skills:

  • An aptitude for delivering great customer service 
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A competitive spirit and the drive to meet targets and deadlines 
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • A knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet and telephone skills
