We are looking for Business Admin Apprentices in our Credit Control Team.

Daily duties include:

  • Ensuring payment received as per agreed credit terms for all assigned accounts
  • Resolving customer queries and disputes related to invoices
  • Developing and compiling monthly statements & reports
  • Regular contact with accounts (calls/emails/visits)
  • Working on creating efficiencies within existing processes
  • Looking into short payments, over-payments & mis-receipts and resolving
  • Developing and maintain relationships with account contacts and various departments

Qualifications required

  • Ideally GCSEs or equivalent in both Maths and English. However all applicants will be considered.


Future prospects

  • Opportunity to interview for a permanent position at the end of the Apprenticeship.






Weekly Wage: £200

Working Hours: 40hrs, typically 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (1hr lunch), although flexible hours will be discussed

Apprenticeship Level:  Intermediate Level Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship duration: 12- 18 months

Location: Egham, Surrey
