We are excited to announce the opportunity for an Customer Service Representative to work at Zenith account based in Bracknell.

Suitable candidates must be able to display the following skills:

  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise within a fast changing environment
  • Team player who is able to work closely with rental, non-rental and account staff
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self motivated and possessing a positive attitude
  • Excellent customer service attitude and skills
  • The ability to problem solve and provide realistic solutions

Responsibilities: Duties involved will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Sending reservations to branches on the ARMS system and liaising with branches to provide the best service for the customer.
  • Working closely with daily rental operations
  • Consolidated callbacks for the UK
  • Dealing with account queries and customer complaint issues
  • A/R collections
  • Managing and developing relationships with Leasedrive departments.

 

Responsibilities

Duties involved will include, but will not be limited to:

 

  • Sending reservations to branches on the internal computer system and liaising with rental branches to provide the best service for the customer. 
  • Dealing with account queries and customer complaint issues.
  • Accounts Receivable collections. 
  • Managing and developing relationships with Leasedrive/Masterlease Velo departments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • A minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Legally authorised to work full time in the UK without restriction
