Enterprise Flex-E-Rent provides a flexible rental solution to long term customers throughout the UK and we are currently looking to recruit a Customer Assistance Representative to join our Technical Vehicle Division in Milton Keynes. Please note the location of the role will change in 3-6 months upon the opening of our new Luton depot.
The Customer Assistance Representative will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers with their rental transactions; face to face and over the telephone. The Customer Assistance Representative is an integral part of the team and will gain knowledge through training and hands on experience to provide exceptional service and deliver administrative support to the depot.
All Customer Assistance Representatives are expected to complete a training folder within their first 12months which will lead to a promotion to Senior Customer Assistance Rep.
This is a full time position working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, the successful candidate will be based at Fairbourne Drive, Milton Keynes, MK10 9RG for the first 6 months before the office relocates to 3 Garden Close, Luton, LU4 8QB.
