Overview

Add an annual turnover of $20.9 billion to a rental and leasing fleet of over 1.9 million vehicles spread across 9,600 locations worldwide and you get Enterprise Rent-A-Car – a business that’s grown into the largest global mobility provider in the world.

To maintain our uncompromising focus on customer service and to provide additional mobility options, we are looking for team members to join one of the newest divisions of Enterprise: ARMS® Claims Services in Aldershot. ARMS® Claims Services is responsible for a number of key business areas – namely our Credit Hire Claims Team, Damage Recovery Unit and Vehicle Repair Department.

After an initial classroom-based orientation session, you’ll be assigned to one of our claims teams for hands-on claims training. Here you will learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes. That’s because nearly 100% of our full-time employees started on one of Enterprise’s great training programmes, be it in our rental division, finance, claims or Enterprise Business Support.  This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and to understand how you play a significant role in seeing it succeed. Our promote-from-within culture ensures that you’ll have a well-rounded training experience and learn skills in customer service, negotiation, debt recovery, administration, management and the basics of litigation. Along the way, we’ll give you plenty of opportunity to show your skills, and we’ll reward your development with pay increases and opportunities for continued promotions.

As you progress, increasingly more opportunities will become available to you. At Enterprise, we base rewards on performance, not seniority. (Which should be music to the ears of an ambitious go-getter like you). You can choose, as most people do, to continue your rewarding ascent within our claims operations managerial track or choose a more technical route.

What is certain is that we encourage all of our employees to be the best they can be, and diversity is a priority in all areas of our business. We are proud to say we have been in The Times list of Top 50 Employers Where Women Want to Work since it was conceived twelve years ago, and have been honoured with many other awards along the way.
